Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Place the butter in a 9-inch square baking dish and melt it in the oven.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick and sour cream together. It will be crumbly.
  4. Stir in the 7-Up and mix until just combined. Dough will be soft and sticky.
  5. Sprinkle a small amount of Bisquick onto a clean surface and gently pat the dough out.
  6. Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place them in the buttered baking dish.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
