Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Place the butter in a 9-inch square baking dish and melt it in the oven.
In a medium bowl, mix the Bisquick and sour cream together. It will be crumbly.
Stir in the 7-Up and mix until just combined. Dough will be soft and sticky.
Sprinkle a small amount of Bisquick onto a clean surface and gently pat the dough out.
Cut out biscuits using a round cutter and place them in the buttered baking dish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
