Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (ripe but firm)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or oil (for air fryer basket)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Slice the bananas into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Spray or lightly oil the air fryer basket.
  5. Place banana slices in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the slices.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden and slightly caramelized.
