Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
