Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
