Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle into three smaller triangles.
Roll each piece into a small ball and place in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd).
Cook in batches for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
While still warm, brush the bites with melted butter.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Toss the churro bites in the mixture to coat.
Serve immediately with chocolate or caramel dipping sauce if desired.
