Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  2. Drain and squeeze out all excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Shape the mixture into small patties and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
