Cut each mozzarella stick in half to create bite-sized pieces.
Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings mixed together.
Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
For extra crispiness, repeat the egg wash and breadcrumb coating once more.
Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and arrange the mozzarella sticks in a single layer.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
