Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
  2. Mix crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into a greased 7-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the batter over the crust. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
  5. Place the pan in the air fryer and bake for 25-30 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle pecans, and add melted chocolate before serving.
