Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (750ml, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Club soda (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, brandy, and orange liqueur.
  2. Add the chopped apple, pear, orange slices, and cinnamon stick.
  3. Stir gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Serve chilled in glasses over ice. Top with club soda if desired.
