Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Separate cinnamon rolls and flatten each into a small circle.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water, then stir into apple mixture until thickened. Remove from heat.
Place each flattened cinnamon roll into a muffin cup, pressing up the sides.
Spoon apple filling evenly into each cup.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with included icing before serving.
