Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chopped apple pie filling with cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Slice cookie dough into 16 equal portions and flatten each into a disc.
  5. Place a small amount of cheesecake filling and apple mixture in the center of each disc.
  6. Fold edges up to enclose filling and shape into a ball.
  7. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs and place seam side down on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
