Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the tilapia fillets.
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over each fillet.
Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
