Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz banana liqueur
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 oz caramel syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Caramel drizzle, for garnish
  • Banana slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine dark rum, banana liqueur, vanilla vodka, heavy cream, mashed banana, caramel syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
  5. Garnish with a banana slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum and banana liqueur with banana extract and a splash of cream soda.
