Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side up for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
Transfer the salmon fillets to the prepared baking sheet. Spread a generous spoonful of the bang bang sauce on top of each fillet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle additional bang bang sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
