Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side up for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Transfer the salmon fillets to the prepared baking sheet. Spread a generous spoonful of the bang bang sauce on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Drizzle additional bang bang sauce over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
