Ingredients

  • 2 oz white peach purée or nectar
  • 4 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill both the Prosecco and peach purée before preparation.
  2. Pour the peach purée into a Champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top with Prosecco, gently stirring if needed.
  4. Garnish with a peach slice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh white peaches when in season. You can also use a blender to purée peeled peaches with a splash of lemon juice.
