Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (lean)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onions, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (see Notes & Tips)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully done and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, layer chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onions, cheddar cheese, and pickles.
  3. Add the cooked beef on top of the salad base.
  4. Drizzle with your favorite burger sauce and toss lightly before serving. Enjoy!
