Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge or cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add white rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with crushed ice and shake until chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into a hurricane or highball glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice instead of shaking. Adjust sweetness with more pineapple juice if desired.
