Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut to a blender.
  2. Fill with crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a hurricane glass or tall cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a frozen version, increase the ice and blend until slushy. Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor.
