Place 2-ounce plastic shot cups on a tray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Berry Blue Jello with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add the coconut rum, blue curaçao, and pineapple juice to the Jello mixture. Stir well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the plastic shot cups.
Transfer the tray to the refrigerator and chill for 2-3 hours until fully set.
Before serving, top each shot with a maraschino cherry and optional umbrella or toothpick for presentation.
