Rim the glass with shredded coconut by dipping it in a bit of cream of coconut first.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Blue Curacao, vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a prepared glass filled with ice.
Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for garnish.
