Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, carrots, broccoli, and red onion.
Add Italian dressing and toss well to coat.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, season with salt and pepper, and mix gently.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
