Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  5. Spoon a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese onto each triangle.
  6. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
