Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Scramble the eggs in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until just set. Remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Spoon a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese onto each triangle.
Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
