Ingredients

For the Brownie Layer

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)

For the Cheesecake Layer

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

For the Brownie Layer

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions.
  3. Spread brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.

For the Cheesecake Layer

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat until fully combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.
