Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle and roll it up, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Place the bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
