Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and top each with buffalo chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, top with green onions, drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, slice, and serve.
