Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  5. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the cabbage, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
