Add chicken pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Add sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
Simmer for a few more minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
