In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, and orange liqueur.
Add sliced apple, orange, pear, cinnamon stick, and maple syrup.
Stir in the pomegranate juice and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
When ready to serve, pour into glasses over ice and top with club soda if desired.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of fruit.
