Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 25 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

For the Topping

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  1. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Filling

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream and crushed candy canes into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Add the Topping

  1. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and sprinkle crushed candy canes for a festive touch.
