Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup caramel dip or sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 large apples, chopped (such as Granny Smith)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the dry cheesecake pudding mix and beat until combined.
  3. Mix in the caramel dip until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
  5. Add chopped apples, grapes, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using). Fold gently to combine.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top just before serving for a sweet finish.
