Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is creamy and fluffy.
Add chopped apples, grapes, mini marshmallows, and nuts (if using). Fold gently to combine.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top just before serving for a sweet finish.
