Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Splash of grenadine
  • Ice
  • Orange slice and cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add coconut rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Add a splash of grenadine to create a sunset effect.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coconut water for the rum and peach nectar for the schnapps.
