In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
Place the rolled crescent rolls onto the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
