Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
Layer the shredded chicken over the bread, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and season with salt and black pepper.
Slice and serve warm.
