In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning until melted and creamy.
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and cheese sauce in the baking dish. Mix well.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
