In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Arrange the taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet and spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, prepare the avocado lime crema by blending avocado, sour cream, lime zest and juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Serve the taquitos warm with the avocado lime crema for dipping.
