Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and bring to a light simmer.
Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
