Ingredients

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the ciabatta halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Evenly spread the shrimp mixture over both halves of the ciabatta.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
