Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the French bread and hollow out the center, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the edges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the hollowed-out bread with the chicken mixture, pressing it down gently to pack it in.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
