Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer meatballs to a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
