Add the uncooked pasta and mix well. Cover and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pasta, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
