Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5–6 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the sauce mixture. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
