Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen cherries
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1–2 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional, for added protein and omega-3s)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding maple syrup.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
