Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1–2 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional, for added protein and omega-3s)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding maple syrup.
