Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared skillet.
