Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz espresso (freshly brewed)
  • 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
  • Orange peel (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add bourbon, espresso, chocolate liqueur, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters.
  3. Stir well until the mixture is well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings and an orange peel twist.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
