Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into sugar or coconut flakes.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add tequila, triple sec, coconut rum, cranberry juice, lime juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup.
Shake well for 15-20 seconds.
