Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and shape it into a Christmas tree by cutting out a triangle with a small trunk at the base.
  3. Transfer the shaped dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  6. Decorate your pizza tree with pepperoni and bell pepper pieces like ornaments.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  10. Slice and serve warm!
