Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Unroll cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the cinnamon roll crust.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let cool completely, then drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon rolls before serving.
