Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
