Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Fresh whipped cream, lightly whipped

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of strong, hot coffee.
  2. Add brown sugar to a heatproof glass and pour in the hot coffee. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the Irish whiskey and stir well.
  4. Gently float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
