Ingredients
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved or chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced (optional)
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
Neatly arrange the avocado, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, bacon, chicken, and cucumber (if using) on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
