Ingredients
1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 Tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp lime juice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To remove, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
